Jared serves as Vice President of Ag Operations at The 808 Ranch, bringing more than 20 years of experience across the beef industry, livestock genetics, and agricultural business development. Throughout his career, he has helped build and grow innovative agricultural companies by connecting strategy with practical, producer-focused solutions.

His background spans commercial beef production, seedstock, genetics, and AgTech, giving him a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing today's cattle industry. Jared is passionate about helping producers succeed through innovation, strong partnerships, and long-term value creation. His leadership combines strategic thinking with hands-on industry experience to support the continued growth and impact of The 808 Ranch.

Jared loves being a dad and spends most of his spare time doing ALL THE THINGS with his girls. From Vivaldi’s Four Seasons via candlelight to roping & dragging calves at ranch brandings to watching his oldest compete on the equine team at West Texas A&M University, and all things in between.
