We loved hosting Pea Ridge High School FFA and Animal/Vet Science students at the ranch on Tuesday November 18, 2025.
Vytelle's Colby & Eduardo were here for OPU retrieval, so students got to see the whole process firsthand. Our Cattle Manager, Chace Jamison, walked them through everything from prep work to caring for cattle during IVF and pregnancy.
Then Carl Steiger and Sam Steiger loaded everyone up for a wagon tour through the property, covering how we manage the land, our conservation efforts, and what goes into quality cattle ranching, grass, forage, shade, water access, all of it.
These students are seeing what modern ranching actually looks like! Advanced reproduction technology. Real ranch management. Career paths most people don't even know exist.
They're coming back in February for ultrasounds to see which embryos successfully implanted. We look forward to showing them the next phase!
