Carl Steiger and I were pleased to join the team from Ranch2Retail at the Beef Improvement Federation 56th annual gathering. Knoxville weather delivered and so did the speakers and attendees. Cow/Calf and grass is king in Tennessee and we enjoyed the focus on cows and the quality programs.
